Score Writing

Can't find the scores you're after? Make use of the Contact Form to drop me a line requesting the score, level, and arrangements and I'll compose the score to suit your needs.

Drum Scores will be set out using Drumscriobh 2.0 software for clarity of reading, and can be delivered in hardcopy or electronic PDF format. If required, MP3 or Audio CD of the complete score and melody can be provided to aid the learning process. As with any band arrangement, the score can be viewed as a work in progress and be updated as the band progresses.

Snare Drum Tutor Booklet

Based on over 10 years experience in tuition of drummers from Beginner to Grade One levels, I have developed a series of tutor booklets, that guide the Snare Drummer from Beginner to playing scores of an advanced nature.

The Booklet can be tailored to meet the specfic requirements of an individual or band, including exercises aimed at completing certain Drum Scores, complete with audio accompaniment. Please get in touch if you would like to enquire about a booklet for your group.

Recently updated to match many of the requirements youngsters face at each level of their SQA exams, this booklet is a great method of working towards practical exams.
